Vinitaly.USA, organized by Veronafiere in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, is making its inaugural appearance in New York City on October 26 and 27, 2026. After two years in Chicago, the move to New York marks the next stage of the event’s growth, creating more opportunities for producers, importers, distributors, and retailers to connect in meaningful ways.
Pier 36 will feature the largest exhibitor count to date, with 300 exhibitors presenting 2,500 labels. Participants include several leading Italian wine regions, including Asti DOCG, Sicilia DOC, and Prosecco DOC, among others. Regional collective exhibitions include Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, and Sardinia. These will be joined by a delegation of 95 wineries organized by the Italian Trade Agency.
Over two days, participants will hear from speakers across a range of fields, from Masters of Wine and wine critics to producers and business strategists. The gathering will offer educational, useful, and actionable insights. The range of planned programs and seminars promises to be dynamic and thought-provoking.

Building on previous years’ momentum, two key programs in the Vinitaly ecosystem will return. On the business side, the wine2wine Vinitaly Business Forum is returning in conjunction with Vinitaly.USA. Tailored specifically for the American market, this year’s theme is “Education is Influence: Empowering the People Who Shape Italian Wine.” On the education side, the Vinitaly International Academy will return with training programs hosted at Banville Wine Merchants, offering tastings curated by international experts to deepen knowledge of Italian wine.

This year’s wine2wine programming is organized around four central pillars designed to address the current business climate. Train the Trade focuses on helping wine professionals understand the Italian wine landscape and position the category for U.S. consumers. Sharpen the Method, developed with the International Wine Center and Commonwealth Wine School, centers on sensory analysis and tasting skills. Deepen the Expertise explores topics ranging from terroir and sustainability to market dynamics, while Activate the Experience examines wine tourism, storytelling, digital communication, and other ways to build consumer engagement.
As in previous years, networking remains a core component of the event, with dedicated opportunities to connect with industry leaders and peers. Together, the tastings, educational programming, and networking opportunities give U.S. wine professionals a concentrated opportunity to explore Italian wine and build new trade relationships.
Registration is now open. For more information and to register for this year’s event, visit the Vinitaly.USA website.
